The computer lab is equipped with 16 computers for the students and 1 computer for the instructor. Students have access to this room at all times whether it is to prepare for a traineeship, surf the internet, or obtain information on transport companies. This room may also be used to review certain courses since over 75 of the topics studied during the training program are computerized. Satellite Communication The computer lab also enables students to learn how to operate a satellite communication system. The lab is organized like a transport company in terms of satellite communication management and the location of vehicles on the road. Communication simulations are carried out between the dispatcher and the truck driver, therefore allowing students to experiment this type of communication, which is widely used in the transport industry.
